Airport Wait-Time Policy
For airport pickups, 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included with your reservation. This allows time for baggage claim and meeting your driver after your flight arrives.
After the complimentary 30-minute waiting period, additional wait time is billed at $25 for each additional 30-minute increment.
For airport drop-offs, your transportation rate covers your scheduled trip to the airport. Additional waiting time requested by the passenger before departure may be subject to the same $25 per 30-minute waiting-time fee.
Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable, and stress-free airport transportation experience while allowing adequate time for unexpected delays.
